Rental Policies
Cancellation Requirements
For Cars:
Our cancellation policy is as follows,
if you cancel 16 days or longer from the pickup date you will receive a
full refund, if it's less than 15 days of pickup no refund is issued.
For
SUV/Pickup's/Specialty Vehicles:
Our cancellation policy is as follows,
if you cancel 30 days or more from the pickup date you will receive a
full refund, 16-29 days you will receive a 50% refund and if it is
within 15 days of pickup no refund is issued
Age Requirements
We rent to people as young as 18. If you are 18 to 21 you must bring proof of your own full coverage insurance that covers rental cars. There is also an underage fee of $25.00 USD
per day for people who are 18 to 21. If you are 21 to 25 you may purchase our
insurance and there is an underage fee of $15.00 USD.
Additional Drivers
Minimum Age: 18
Age 18 to 21 - $25.00 USD per day surcharge applies. Age 22 to 25 - $15.00 USD per day surcharge applies. Our renters must be at least 18 years old to rent a car, and at least 25 to rent 15 passenger vans and full size SUV's. Our young driver fee, for those drivers between 21 and 25 years old is $15.00 a day and between 18 and 21 $25.00 a day. You must have a valid driver's license and a major credit card in your name. If you are under 21 you must
provide your own full coverage insurance that transfers to rental cars.
International Renters
All international renters or additional drivers must either possess an International Drivers License or a valid drivers license with a passport.
Deposits
Cash rental accepted with a $750.00 USD cash deposit and
the approx rental charge.
Debit cards accepted with a $750.00 USD deposit
and purchase our insurance or if you have your own
full coverage insurance that transfers to a rental car, your deposit
will be your deductible and approx rental charge. The
deposit will be returned to the card upon the return of the
vehicle. Please keep in mind that the banks take up to 3-5 days to return the money back into your account.
A credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation.
Please keep in mind that we do authorize $350.00 USD plus the rental for all major credits cards. The $350.00 acts as a security deposit for any additional damages, extra days, tickets, etc. The $350.00 is a temporary hold on the card, it is released within 24 hours as soon as the vehicle is returned. We accept all major credit cards.
Payment Methods
Cash, Money Orders, Debit Card, Traveler's Cheques, Company Account, VISA, Master Card, AMEX, Discover, Diners Club, Carte Blanche, Cash Deposit Rental.
Driving Area Restrictions
Travel is permitted within a 400-mile radius of rental location. Travel into Canada is acceptable within 400-mile radius and if renter is not a Canadian citizen. Traveling on unpaved roads is strictly at renter's own risk. CDW does not cover vehicles off of paved roads. ABSOLUTELY NO
TRAVELING ON THE DALTON HIGHWAY.
Gas
Customers may either pre pay for gasoline at time of rental, or must refill to original level to avoid extra charges.

Personal Accident Insurance -- $3.00 per day
Personal Accident Insurance, Minivan/SUV -- $6.00 per day
Personal Accident Insurance, Large Van -- $10.00 per day
Collision Damage Waiver -- $24.95 per day
Collision Damage Waiver, Vans/SUV -- $29.95 per day
Underage Driver Surcharge (18-21) -- $25.00 per day
Underage Driver Surcharge (22-25) -- $15.00 per day
Studded Tire Fee, Car -- $7.50 per day
Studded Tire Fee, SUV -- $10.50 per day
Additional Drivers -- $9.95 per driver per day
Infant/Baby Seat -- $5.00 per day
Towing Fee -- $25.00 per day
